The number one single greatest mistake YOU can make is work with an amateur or inexperienced realtor. Amateur in our market is defined as som eone who belongs to the 97.3 % of all agents who sell less than 1 property per year. Soccer moms, part-timers, and hair stylists who got their license to help a friend buy a home will hurt you more with a false sense of security than being unrepresented and going it alone....

Client/future clients often ask us what we think of a particular guru’s seminar, home-study course, or local investment resource group. There are just too many out there in the public domain. But we can make general observations about the Guru B.S. artists and how you can spot them.
